Simulation of Network Behaviour Based on Analysis of Configuration of Active Network Devices
Scherfel, Peter ; Matoušek, Petr (referee) ; Ryšavý, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis describes simulation of computer networks using open source simulator OMNeT++. We implemented tool, witch generate all important settings for simulation from configuration files of Cisco routers. In this thesis is covered grammar of Cisco IOS. This thesis contains tutorial how to extend this tool with new IOS commands.
Modelling Cisco Router in Simulation Tool OMNeT++
Sivák, Vladimír ; Ryšavý, Ondřej (referee) ; Matoušek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis describes simulation of computer networks using open source simulator OMNeT++ including the INET Framework extension. According to real behaviour of Cisco routers, we implemented a new modul for the INET Framework extension. Casy study compares behaviour of real network with simulation of the same network in OMNeT++ using the implemented modul.
Multicast Simulation in OMNeT++
Mateleško, Petr ; Veselý, Vladimír (referee) ; Matoušek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of multicast simulation in OMNeT++ simulator. It describes basic principles of the multicast data transfer and closely focuses on the IGMP protocol in all of its versions. The applied part of this thesis consists of a design and implementation of an IGMP extension module for the OMNeT++ simulator.
