Urbaníková, Lea ; Surý, Tomáš (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is to develop project documentation for the construction of a new apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption. The new building is proposed in the Ponava locality, near the center of Brno. The proposed residential building has four above-ground floors and is fully basemented. The design includes three different layouts of residential units to ensure variability and functionality for different groups of residents. The building is equipped with an elevator. The basement contains a communal garage with sixteen parking spaces and storage rooms (cellars), which are integrated with the parking spaces. Each residential unit has an allocated parking space and a storage room. In total, the residential section comprises twenty-one residential units, most of which have a terrace, loggia, or balcony. The residential building is founded on a base slab. The structural system of the building combines monolithic reinforced concrete elements. The basement consists of reinforced concrete load-bearing walls, internal columns, and reinforced concrete internal walls in the stairwell area. On the above-ground floors, within the perimeter wall of the stairwell recess, a reinforced concrete wall with continuous openings is designed. The remaining parts of the above-ground floors are composed of a skeleton structural system with reinforced concrete two-way beams and infill masonry. The ceiling structure consists of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is roofed with a single-layer flat roof with a membrane waterproofing. The facade of the building is designed with a ventilated air gap. The cladding consists of brick cladding panels mounted on an aluminium support frame.
