This thesis deals with a selected area of a common facilities plan in the cadastral territory Lhota pod Horami. The thesis has been divided into three parts. The first part consists of a literary research, where the common facilities plan and the territorial system of ecological stability are described in detail. In the second part, the methodical work procedure and other documentation are compiled. The third part, which is practical, contains undertaking and evaluation of the area survey. It further includes a project within the selected part of the common facilities plan, specifically a suggestion of measures for environmental protection. The project defines a local biological corridor and two new interactive elements. In addition to this, extensions of two existing and so far non functional interactive elements are suggested. An indicative price estimate and inventory of changes in land classification are developed for the project. The results are summarized at the end of the third part.

This thesis concerns the common facilities plan in the focus area of Branišovice u Římova. The common facilities plan is the base for a complex landscaping. The literary research for this topic can be found in the opening part of this thesis. It mainly concentrates on landscaping and the content of common facilities plan. The plan is best described as a collection of measures to be taken in order to make a piece of land accessible, to protect the agricultural soil fund or to protect and create the environment and also to be able to take water management measures. The practical part of my thesis is dealing with a filed survey describing the current state of the area of interest and points out its shortcomings. An important part of my work is a finished draft of common facilities plan that suggests measures to improve water management conditions and to increase ecological stability that would eventually lead to better quality environment.

Aim of this thesis is to prepare a suggestion of either planting or replanting scattered greenery as a part of the complex land consolidation, based on survey of a selected area Salacova Lhota. There is an explanation of potential vegetation of the Czech republic at the beginning of the thesis. The following chapter includes description of scattered greenery from different point of views as well as description of every of the functi-ons and structuring of scattered greenery. The practical part of the thesis deals with detailed survey of the area, entering each element on a map together with its descrip-tion both from species composition and health condition point of view. The proposal of scattered greenery is submitted at the end of the thesis.

This thesis deals with the technical solution documentation of road network within the complex land consolidation in cadastral territory called Vlastec. The theoretical part is based on literature and deals with the description of land consolidation and common facilities plan. This part is followed by valid methodological instructions, setting out the procedure for the analysis of the current state and technical standard with designed parameters for field roads. At the end of the thesis the aims are evaluated, namely the assessment of the correctness of determining the land occupation for the construction and implementation of the common facilities plan - road network.

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to create an overview of woody plants which are the most suitable for planting in complex land consolidation, while planning individual parts of the common facilities plan. First, the thesis defines the general landscape protection using legislation of the Czech Republic. Next, it describes the common facilities plan with emphasis on parts where woody plants are usually located. The thesis also presents the definition of woody plants growing outside forests (scattered greenery) and the division of woody plants according to geobiocoenological landscape typology. The most important part of the thesis is the woody plants classification which presents woody plants appropriate for parts of the common facilities plan while designing complex land consolidation according to the location. The final part of the thesis presents planting and woody plants care.
Processing of common facilities plan in the complex land consolidation in selected area

This diploma thesis presents a plan proposal for the common facilities in a complex land consolidation carried out in the locality of Loučky u Jihlavy in the Vysočina region. The first, theoretical part is a literature research of land treatment and the plan for common facilities including the scope of exploration work necessary for its preparation. The practical part comprises field work, its assessment and description of the cadastral area. The thesis provides a complete list of information and findings of the fieldwork with focus on measures leading to accessibility of the land parcels, anti-erosion measures, water management measures and measures to ensure climate protection. The findings are listed in both a textual and graphic form.
Projection of land consolidation for selected locality

This thesis deals with complex land consolidation, describing different stages of this process. We also designed a project of complex land consolidation in cadastre unit of Chmelná village. First step was to make a research and describe the territory. We took environment protection into consideration as well, and create a plan for common facilities; including arrangements to make lands accessible, arrangements to protect agricultural land, arrangements to environment protection and environment engineering and water management. The thesis deals with the possession of specified owners, for whom we created deed of ownership and rearrangements to their lands.
The analysis of landscape changes the influence comprehensive landscaping

The purpose of this study was to analyse and asses the landscape changes on selected cadastral areas with completed comprehensive landscaping. For this purpose, two appropriate cadastral territory were selected, the cadastral area Borkovice and the cadastral area Myslkovice. The analysis was performed at three time periods - before the project the landscaping, in the project of landscaping and in the current state of the landscape. The changes in the landscape were assessed according to the state land use, road networks and territorial system of ecological stability. The results were processed into individual tables and graphs, providing information on the status of proposed and actually implemented elements.
