This work deals with its particular scheme at the district of Benešov and brings up the list of social services with an accent on their availability. 	Improving working and social skills of adults with disabilities through social therapy workshops ŠMERDOVÁ, Markéta The paper is focused on enhancement of working and social capabilities of disabled adult individuals through social therapy workshops. This piece of work consists of two main parts a theoretical and a practical one. First part, the theoretical one, is furthermore divided into three subchapters. First subchapter is mainly concerned with the topic of disability and its different forms. Second subchapter then disseminates the issue of integration and inclusion of disabled individuals, in addition, it also includes the importance of work to such an individual. The third subchapter elaborates on the aspect of legal framework, sheltered labour market and social therapy workshops. Subsequently, the practical part of this bachelor thesis provides the analysis of the impact that regular exploitation of services of social therapy workshops, provided by NGO, may have on acquiring a working place by a disabled adult individual on sheltered labour market.
