Haramija, Josef ; Bydžovský, Jiří (referee) ; Dufka, Amos (advisor)
This work deals mainly with physico-chemical analyses and their use in assessing the different types of degradation of building materials. In the thesis there are mentioned some of the physico-chemical analyses and on specific cases are shown their outputs and application. The thesis describing rabbit meat, benefits of consumption and chemical composition of meat. The end of the literary part mentions the muscular system, skeletal muscles and the basic structure of the muscle fibre. The experimental part evaluates carcass value and deals with the chemical analysis of domestic rabbit muscle and the amounts of fatty acids contained in rabbit meat. The results are compared between the male and female groups. The results are a higher slaughter value, more than 5 %, in the group of females (58 %) and higher slaughter weight in this group. Research has also found a lower amount of intramuscular fat and protein in the meat of male rabbits. Higher amounts of palmitoleic, linoleic and α-linolenic acids are contained in the muscles of females. Other acids - myristic, palmitic and stearic are more contained in the male meat.

VACULA, J. Assessment of the Quality of Selected Types of Feed and Their Use in the Diet of Cloven Hoofed. Diploma thesis. Mendel university in Brno, 2014. From a wide range of animal feed have been described species suitable for use in the diet of hoofed animals. Samples from selected species of feed were collected in order to evaluate their quality. These samples were analyzed in an agricultural laboratory in Staré Město and their nutrient value and other quality indicators were determined. Quality of examined feed samples was evaluated and their suitability or unsuitability for nutrition of cloven hoofed was assessed. Based on the results, it was recommended which types of feed is appropriate to use for the nutrition of cloven hoofed, how to treat the feed and submit it to animals and were assessed risks of feedeing by selected species of feed.
