Using mesh networks for control of charging stations
Šándor, Matúš ; Dvořák, Radim (referee) ; Jablončík, Lukáš (advisor)
Nowadays, electric vehicles are gaining attention all over the world. As a promising alternative for existing combustion engines and emission problems. The basic prerequisite for the use of an electric car is the charging of accumulators. Therefore, parallel to the introduction of electric cars, the development of the charging infrastructure for electric vehicles is also expanding. New electric car models also come with new charging technologies that, unlike conventional fuel filling stations, operate on several levels. From a regular home outlet or a small charging station to public multi-standard fast charging points. The aim of the work is to create an overview of charging station management options. Next, the creation or selection of the correct protocol for reliable management of charging stations and a stable network topology, and finally, summarizing all the documents, a model of the network connection of charging stations was created, on which the necessary load measurements were subsequently carried out during the transmission of various data for the selected control protocols.
