The equipment for orientation of semiproducts in industrial processes focused on device for wafers orientation in the manufacturing process of racing chains in ČZ Řetězy s.r.o.

Bachelor thesis describes the design of the machine on the orientation of products, according to the engraved brand, focusing on the chain plates and sort them for subsequent use in the machine plates the assembly chain. For the design was used 2D and 3D parametric modelers and simulation programs. Bachelor thesis describes the current production chain plates, method of assessing the quality of manufactured wafers and systematic allocation of machines engaged in the production of semifinished product orientation. Evaluation of the results of the bachelor thesis of this solution and whether it was achieved set objectives is evaluated at the end.
