Diploma thesis is focused on the creation of the land consolidation projects, especially on the suggestion of plan of common facilities. The plan of common facilities was prepared in the village of Probulov. The purpose of the thesis is to design a network of the roads, ele-ments for the protection of agricultural land, territorial system of ecological stability and water management measures. One of the main targets of this thesis is to create map outputs of G4 and G5 and documentation of technical solutions.

Sample documentation of the technical solution of the road network design within the land consolidation

This thesis deals with the technical solution documentation of road network within the complex land consolidation in cadastral territory called Vlastec. The theoretical part is based on literature and deals with the description of land consolidation and common facilities plan. This part is followed by valid methodological instructions, setting out the procedure for the analysis of the current state and technical standard with designed parameters for field roads. At the end of the thesis the aims are evaluated, namely the assessment of the correctness of determining the land occupation for the construction and implementation of the common facilities plan - road network.

The proposal of road network in the complex land consolidation and its impact on the hydrological regime of the landscape

This thesis was solved in concrete conditions in solve complex land consolidation in cadastral ground Markvartice. Village area 639,2 ha is situated in highland c. 25 km south of the city Jihlava. The surveyed areas are highly field- and hydrological complicated and they were split into several sectional river-basins, so-called wards. These areas were viewed how original or new the proposed roads, which are accompanied by side ditches and culverts, influence the stream and flat flow rain water. Via the activity of these elements the water gets a new direction and does not damage to location. This land survey revealed that an interruption of arable land sheets with a rural road affects the hydrological regime of the surveyed area.

Statistic evaluation of completet land consolidation.

In this work it is showed the suggestion of criteria for road system evaluation within land consolidations in the Czech republic. The suggested criteria are concerned on technic situation of suggestion, the connection of road system, complexity of the solution, rate of expensis and connecting to the system of ecological network. For verifying of suggesyted criteria two projects of land consolidation - Prasetín and Borkovice - were used.

The project of common equiments in KPÚ Žíšov.

The work is concerned on the suggestion of common facilities for Milínov cadastral territory within the processed land consolidation. It is concerned mainly on soil protection from erosion, road system, ecological network and water utilization measures. The suggestion is evaluated individually and also in relative connections, the advantages and risks of the realization are determined. The suggestions for working off are compiled both from proffesional point of view and also from own suggestions for measures. References and suggestions will be transmitted to projection and custom sphere.

The plan proposal for the common facilities is an important part of landscaping, which comprehensively deals with cadastral areas in villages and this activity is closely linked with landscape engineering. The thesis concentrates on a plan proposal for the common facilities in the cadastral area of the village Sedlec. The paper analyses the current status and shortcomings in the areas of road network, vegetation in landscape and threat of erosion. It also deals with the elimination of natural processes, which have an influence on the function of the landscape. This paper also focuses on the extension of common facilities for better land management and total permeability of the landscape. The thesis could be used as a support or an addition in implementation of complex landscaping in the future.

This thesis deals with the theme of landscape permeability in connection with settlement. The theoretical part is focused on the introduction of the issue of road and lane network development and classification and landscape fragmentation. The practical part includes the analysis of primary, secondary and tertiary landscape structures. The territory chosen as a model area is Brněnské Ivanovice, a southern quarter of the city of Brno. Although the area of Brněnské Ivanovice is burdened with a difficult traffic situation, it carries a lot of nature and cultural values. On the basis of gathered data the thesis deals with a proposal of a solution in accordance with the theme.

Multimodal urban planning with a focus on seniors

This thesis concerns with the issues of transit analysis in a transit network. In the theoretical part, based on the research of specialized literature, there are suggested parameters for creating a transit network regarding health condition of seniors. In the practical part, there is described the process of creating the transit network, creating parameters of movement in the transit network and analysis of the final ideal route using ESRI ArcGIS 10.5. extension Network Analyst. The final route is compared with the results of other commonly available platforms. Comparison of the results confirmed functionality of set parameters and showed possibilities for further use. Proposal of common facilities plan in selected area

A land consolidation is the best tool for the return of more qualified environment and values, which were suppressed in the past, or in destroyed. The most suitable is the komplex land consolidation that sloves the territory from o broader viewpoint. The purpose of this thesis is to proposal for one of the komplex land consolidation, namely with a plan od common facilities. The territorial of interes is the village of Ločenice, located in the South Bohemian Region. The meaning of this thesis is to evaluation and characteristic of the cadastral area, in the ambit of anti-erosion measures for the protection of agricultural land resources, measures to make available land, measures for the protection and crestion of the environment and water management measures. The results are processed in text and map form, that were realized by the program Arc Map 10.2.

Projection of common facilities plan for the complex land consolidation

The aim of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a plan of common facilities for complex land adjustments. The territory in question is Horní Slověnice cadastral estates. The theoretical part deals with the description of land modifications, exploration works and the definition of common facilities. Its focus is on arrangements for accessing the estates, for soil protection against erosion, for protection and creation of the environment and water management measures. The practical part characterizes the selected area and offers description of the most important issues within the common facilities in the given locality.
