Objectives: The main goal of the theoretical part of the thesis is to describe the issue of muscle tone and its changes in the context of HILT and TRT. Describe the diagnosis of cervicobrachial syndrome, the functional significance of high-power laser and targeted radiofrequency therapy to affect cervicobrachial syndrome and muscle hypertonicity of the trapezius pars descendens, levator scapulae and mm.scaleni. The aim of the experimental part is to confirm hypotheses about the effectiveness of the effect of physical therapy (high-power laser and radiofrequency therapy) on muscle hypertonus at the level of statistical significance of 5%. Methods: A total of 60 probands from among patients of an unnamed NZZ with a diagnosis of CB syndrome (MKN M531) participated in the research part, who were randomly divided into 3 groups. The first group was treated with a high-power laser 3 times a week for a total of 6 times. The second group was treated with targeted radiofrequency therapy at the same rate and frequency, and the third group of 20 probands was a control, treated with manual physiotherapy techniques, also at the same rate and frequency.
