The Bachelor thesis "The Analysis of the market and the availability of organic products in region Brno centre South Moravian region " extends and describes the aims, principles and benefits of organic farming, the main categories of maden food and also production, control and certification of the organic products. The experimental part contains the brief overview of producers in South Moravian region and it process the review of the organic's food producers in the Brno centre region. The main task was to find out the availability of the organic food, its price comparison from conventional and bioproduction. At the end the results of price comparison from selected shops are summarized.

This thesis deals with the current situation of organic production, and availability of organic food in the Olomouc Region. The theoretical part defines the key concepts that are related to the main theme of the thesis, i.e. fundamental principles of organic farming and organic food production. This part also describes the current situation on the Czech organic food market. The practical part introduces the basic characteristics of the Olomouc Region along with the current situation of organic farming in this region. Furthermore, this part includes an analysis of ecological subjects operating in the Olomouc Region, and price monitoring of selected items. Lastly, the summary addresses all findings. There is good potential for further development of organic farming and organic food production in the Olomouc Region.

The focus of the thesis “Analysis of the market of organic food and trends of catering in the region Brno-city” is the topic of organic food and products in terms of quality, in particular in relation to availability of organic food in shops and catering facilities. The thesis is divided into two parts - literary and experimental part. The work includes definitions of organic food, processing of organic food, and system of controls and their labeling, together with the laws relevant for organic farming. A substantial part of the thesis is devoted to analysis of the Czech market using a questionnaire survey and price monitoring of selected types of food. The questionnaire contains twelve questions focused on consumer preferences when buying organic food and eating organic quality meals. The conclusion contains results of the questionnaire summarized together with the comparison of food price monitoring in selected stores.

Bachelor Thesis on Current state of organic production, manufacturing and availability of organic food in Ústí region describes principles, goal and benefits of organic farming certification, control and production of organic food. The experimental part includes overviews of organic food producers in the Ústí nad Labem. The main objective was to determine the production and availability of organic food, price monitoring of individu-al items and their comparison with conventional food. The conclusion creates a compari-son of prices of selected items in specific shops and a comparison with previous years' prices.

Diploma thesis with topic a Market analysis of organic food in Czech republic and its price monitoring engages basic principles of ecological agriculture and specifics of organic food production. There is a description of bioproduction in CZ, a market situation and consumption in the EU.In next part of this dissertation is composed overview of organic food producers in CZ. One of the main goals of this work was to perform a price monitoring on chosen types of organic food in given location and then to compare the price to a conventionaly produced food. There is also a comparison of the situation on different salepoints and a price variations of main direct and indirect distribition process. As an addition of the experimentle part, a degustation and following evaluation of chosen organic and nonorganic food types took place with suggested group of people. Result of this price monitong shows, that organic food is 140 % more expensive than nonorganic. Comparison of the direct and indirect distributors showed large price variations, for example the price of organic potatoes directly from a farmer is170 % lower, than the average price of organic potatoes in observed shops. Organic food got a higher rating than conventionaly produced during the degustation, 46,87 % was for organic and 45,99 % for nonorganic food.
