This bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts related to types of land, their valuation and factors that affect the price of land. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis deals with an over-view of the offered land in the selected locality of Kasejovice and describes the territory of the town. The thesis contains information about the examined land plots, how their price has evolved over time, etc. It shows the offered land owned by the municipality of Kasejovice and how the municipality treats it. Through the cadastral office, I have found price data for land traded in the cadastral territory of Kasejovice in 2022 and 2023. As a point of interest, I compared the land prices with the similarly sized municipality of Žinkovy.

This bachelor thesis deals with tools of marketing . The goal of thesis is to raise the saleability of pet supplies. The theoretical part defines basic concepts, respective tools of the marketing, definition and specification of pet supplies, which are used in practical part. In the practical part are designed recommendations to increase the effectiveness of using the sales promotion of pet supplies, based on the analyses of marketing mix and saleability of the products.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the weaknesses of the internet banking of selected three banks and to propose recommendations for its improvement. The first part of the thesis focuses on the historical development of internet banking, its security and other studies dealing with the same issues. In addition, there are methods for selecting banks under examination, ways of measuring satisfaction and evaluation criteria. In the second part, the analysis of the three banks is car-ried out and the analysis of their clients' satisfaction based on the evaluation of the questionnaire survey. Consequently, a discussion is unfolding, summarizing the findings and giving recommendations for selected banks.

The aim of the thesis is to define the basic terms used in the real estate market and rental housing, to describe the basic principles in determining rental housing prices and factors that may affect rental housing prices. In the practical part of the thesis is processed an analysis of rental housing in Brno is prepared for the observed period. The analysis is processed for individual city districts and divided according to the layout of the apartment. At the end of the work, all outputs are compared, the development of the real estate market is determined, and it is determined where the biggest changes took place.
Evaluation of real estate prices in the real estate market

The subject of the thesis is the evaluation of an investment in a housing unit. The theoretical part focuses on defining the basic terms related to real estate, the real estate market, and determining the types of prices and values. Among other things, terms related to the determination of the price of the construction work are also included here. In the practical part, the real estate market with apartments intended for sale is analyzed. For clear processing, a database is created with predetermined factors that influence the price of apartments. Individual apartments are divided according to their condition into apartments before reconstruction, apartments with partial reconstruction and apartments after reconstruction. For evaluation, an itemized budget is drawn up in the work to determine the costs incurred for the reconstruction. The final part is devoted to the evaluation of the investment in individual apartments.
