Bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of cultural diferences among world regions in relation to hotel and gastronomy. The main aim was find out wishes and needs of potencial american tourists. In the destination was made analysis of gastronomy and hotel services. In the basis of the dates was made some proposal and suggestions, which should help to elevation of visit rate of destination.
The analyse of accomodation and catering services in Hluboká nad Vltavou

Bachelor's thesis deals with the accommodation and catering services in Hluboka nad Vltavou. The main objective of this work is the analysis offers accommodation and catering services in the areas examined. Data obtained from field investigation, controlled interviews, observation and secondary data was used for the processing of situational analysis and synthesis of data. Based on the processing of this part of the real situation has been found accommodation and catering facilities in Hluboka nad Vltavou. Situation analysis and synthesis of data help to reveal shortcomings on the basis of proposals have been drawn up and arrangements for accommodation and catering establishments in the area examined. In order to illustrate the situation, some proposals have been applied directly to the hotel Štekl in Hluboka nad Vltavou.
