The subject of this thesis is to introduce the reader to the issue of possible financial investment in the virtual economy with real funds and design strategies to maximize the initial capital appreciation. The introduction describes the analysis of virtual PED currency, the economy and the system of publicly traded shares. The main part is focused on presenting the results of practical traded investment based on fundamental analysis, speculation about the intrinsic value of the shares and evaluating applied strategies, including the benefits of work.

This master's thesis is focused on the problems of financing of buying warehouse of company which is specialized on domestic and international logistics, stock-keeping, customs declaration and collecting services CS Expres. It consists of possibilities of financing analysis, comparation of proper options of financing, prediction of the interest rate development of 1M PRIBOR till the half of the year 2011, prediction of the cash flows and proposals for optimal way of acquisition of the warehouse.

It analyzes and compares the different ways of financing, namely the acquisition in cash, on credit and leasing, monitors their tax aspects. According conditions looking option that is the most appropriate way of financing a positive influence on the optimization of the tax base.

The main tasks of the second part of this work is an analysis of the current company guidelines’ state, identifying imperfections and, consequently, design new or update already existing directives. Based on the comparison of the individual variants and the conditions set by the company, the most optimal financing option is selected.

Financial Literacy at Kindergarten

This thesis focuses on financial literacy in pre-school education. The aim of this thesis is to create a series of activities, that correspond to the development of pre-school children. The proposed activities relate to financial literacy in a broader sense, than just financial mathematics. The objective is to verify eligibility of proposed activities, both from the author's perspective, as well as from the perspective of the teachers of kindergarten, in which the research was set. The creation of proposed activities is based on the theoretical foundations obtained in the theoretical part of this work. The objective of the proposed activities is to introduce children to the fundamentals of financial literacy, initiate first experience, fortify designed habits and acquaint children with elementary concepts. The verification method is based on qualitative research with elements of action research. Observation of pre-school children during the activities served as main data collection method. The activities were captured on video for later analysis and post-reflection. The obtained data allowed possible modifications of activities and conditions of their implementation, as well as further recommendations for teacher practice.
