The staircase structure consists of monolithic reinforced concrete 2x brokem slab. For ceilings slab panels, are used Spiroll. The building is finished with a single layered flat roof.

The bachelor's thesis on the topic of a family house deals with a part of the project documentation for the construction implementation. The family house is located on a slightly sloping plot in Boršov nad Vltavou, near České Budějovice. The building consists of two above-ground floors and a partial basement. The structural system of the partial basement is designed with calcium silicate bricks. The residential part of the building is constructed with aerated concrete blocks and covered with a gable roof. The ceiling structure is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The house is designed as a single housing unit for a four-member family.
