KOVÁŘOVÁ, Jana
This bachelor thesis deals with degree of influence of women's circadian typology, which are working on operating rooms on changes of their bodyweight. The purpose of this thesis is to valorise, to what extent on changes bodyweight partake morning and evening typology. At the same time I take in consideration the influence of shift work, thereby violation of circadian rhythm. In supplemental inquiry I am investigating influence of typology on feeding habits, utilization of spare time and sleeping habits of interviewed women. In my surveillance 21 informant took part all in ages from 31-57 years. During the year I had monitored changes of their bodyweight and given scores I have compared with results of the questionnaire. The survey didn't confirm the presumption of higher count of night type women in the group. During the monitoring stage, all types showed similar curve of body weight fluctuation including dates of upper culmination. Contrary to our expectations, we´ve observed the greatest weight fluctuations in the morning type. The influence of typology on feeding habits is evident in the frequency of eating and in the composition of breakfast. All types handles´ shift work without any major differences. The spare time is spent, according to our presumptions, more actively by morning before the evening types.
