Title: The Origin and the Development of Air Weapons and their Disciplines Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the formation and the development of air weapons, basic design principles, use of the army, military training and as a sporting weapon. The inclusion of air guns into the sport disciplines. Methods: The used method is descriptive analysis. Results: The result of the work will be a comprehensive overview of the development of air weapons, their use and integration into the sporting disciplines, which will include a description of the basic design principles of air weapons.
