Následky interakcí mezi rostlinami a mikroby ovlivňujících osud xenobiotik v životním prostředí
Macková, Martina ; Vrchotová, N. ; Beranová, K. ; Najmanová, J. ; Lovecká, P. ; Kochánková, L. ; Sylvestre, M. ; Demnerová, Kateřina ; Macek, Tomáš
The effects and consequences of plant-microbe metabolic interactions influencing fate of xenobiotics in the environment.are discussed, illustrated by our results on PCB degradation by microflora in plant rhizosphere.
Technology of Catalytic Dehalogenation of POPs
Pekárek, Vladimír ; Ocelka, T. ; Grabic, R.
The present work deals with the results of the basic and applied research of mechanisms of formation and detoxification of dioxins and chemically similar compounds (ödioxin-like compounds), especially PCDF, PCB, OCP and others. This work is concerned with application consequences of the results of laboratory and pilot plant tests. The application of immediate concern is the destruction of POP compounds in the fly ash and other materials contaminated by POPs.
Dehalogenation of Polychlorinated Phenols
Bureš, M. ; Pekárek, Vladimír
The aim of this study is thermodynamical study of dehalogenation of polychlorinated phenols in the gaseous state by means of steam in presence of solid copper. The purpose of this study is a thermodynamical interpretation of reaction mechanism of dehalogenation processes and comparison with the measured kinetics data. The work carried out with polychlorinated benzenes and is a part of more wide research program, dealing with dehalogenation of polychlorinated aromatic polutants.
