This profession perform primarily women, so the physical strain in combination with unsuitable motoric stereotypes is one of the disadvantage. The other disadvantage is also mental strain, because the worker is in contact with very ill, dying people or people in a difficult living situation. Therefore it is very important not to become apathetic and indifferent to patients. In the end of a theoretical part I write about knowledge of ergonomics of working environment. Anatomy is also completed with knowledge of kineziology. This bachelor work concentrates also on knowledge and education of health workers concerning burdening of their body during work. On the basis of finding this information, there is an individual, compensational plan for every responder.
