Content of this bachelor’s thesis is solving of technological stage of roofing of the new apartment building in Rajhrad. Roof is designed as a cold mono-pitched roof consists of metal plate-connected timber truss. Detailed procedure of assembly of the bearing timber structure and the roof sheathing is provided in specifications. Control and test plans, budget and schedule are elaborated for stage of the building roofing. The bachelor’s thesis contains technical report of the building, suggested construction site installations, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for the given stage, further it solves wider relations of transport lines to construction site and occupational safety and health.

The bachelor thesis deals with the construction and the technological phase of the implementation of floors in homes for seniors „Helios“ in Havířov. In the main part of bachelor thesis are technological regulations. Regulations are for cement cast floor, concrete paving and laminate. Further, the bachelor thesis deals with the situation of wider relations, principles of organization of constuction, suggestion of machine composition, inspection and test plan, health and safety at work and itemized budget with the time schedule.

Roof is designed as a single-layer flat roof with classical sequence of layers, with pitch to the building centre. Detailed procedure of assembly of the bearing steel structure and the roof sheathing is provided in specifications. The bachelor’s thesis contains technical report of the building, suggested construction site installations, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for the given stage, further it solves wider relations of transport lines to construction site and occupational safety and health. Control and test plans, budget and schedule are elaborated for stage of the building roofing.

Construction Technology Study of multifunctional building construction

The bachelor thesis deals with construction and technology studies multifunctional building construction site. The house is located in Prerov. The building has six floors, the first floor there are shops in other floors are apartments. The supporting structure of the building is a reinforced concrete skeleton with slabs. Slabs are mounted on reinforced concrete columns and walls. Outer and inner walls are made of brick blocks Porotherm. The building has a steel timber truss. A roof is covered with roofing Tondach. In this thesis I address the study of rough construction and technological regulation is aimed at the monolithic frame.

There is described the realization bearing layer of wire reinforced concrete, electric underfloor heating, epoxy coating, ceramic tiles and PVC. The bachelor thesis also contains solving of the situation with wider relationships transport routes, the bill of quantities, construction site, time schedule, suggestion of machine composition, control and test plan, safety and health protection at work and itemizet budget.

Budget and time schedule is contained in supplements. In pursuance of second task, the thesis compares financial and time point of view of two technologies of making stairways.
