The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the implementation of new sports and cultural centre Otradov. The dominant feature of the complex objects stands and multipurpose hall. The building is architecturally designed with an effort to fit in too much of rural architecture. Multipurpose hall has two floors, one third roofed flat roof, two-thirds of the roof ridge. The core system is aerated concrete blocks. The building is two-storey grandstand with the carrier deck. Roofing is solved by means of broken wooden beams. Sanitary facilities is dealt wall system and roofed shed roof. Athletics track, the surface of the polyurethane mixture designed for sports.

The subject of the bachelor thesis, is a family house with one above ground floor, residential attic, terrace and adjoining garage are in stock. The object is located in the outskirts of the Lomnice near Tišnov, district Brno - venkov. Floor plan family home consists of a simple rectangular shape with dimensions of 9.9 x 8.8 m Garage with stock occupies an area with dimensions of 8.1 x 4.8 m. The complex is constructed from the system Velox. Roofing a family house, is made of a pent roof, end above the gabled walls. The roof over the garage with stock, is made of one envelope flat roof. The house provides housing for a family of 4.

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the process of building the technical part of the project documentation for the realization of a detached house with two apartments in the village Otradov. The building is architecturally designed so that projects from the rural architecture. The house has a floor with attic and partial basement. Roofing is using two different height shelves. The building is designed structural system Naturblock. This bachelor´s thesis is on theme layers of roof sloping roofs.
