Detached house in Velké Meziříčí The aim of the bachelor thesis is the design of a single family house. It is located on the outskirts of the town Velké Meziříčí in a relatively new development. The house is square in shape, two-storey and has a pitched roof. A carport is proposed next to the house. On the first floor is a social zone, where is a kitchen connected with dining room and living room. On the first floor there is also utility room, dressing room and bathroom. On the second floor is a private zone, there is children's rooms, bedroom with dressing room and bathroom. The house is based on a strip foundation, the vertical structures are mansory designed of ceramic blocks with ETICS. The horizontal structure is designed of reinforced concrete and the roof structure is designed of purlin truss. The building services are designed to optimize the building's functionality. The air/water heat pump is provided energy for heating and domestic hot water. Heat is distributed by underfloor heating. Air exchange is provided by an air handling unit with heat recovery technology. The total air exchange is designed for 240 m3/hour. Rainwater from the roofs will be accumulated in a stormwater tank and then used to flush toilets and also for watering garden. Photovoltaic roof tiles are designed on the southeast side of the roof. Part of the project documentation is a certificate of energy performance, the house is classified as A – extremely economical.
