Špringlová, Lenka
This Bachelor's thesis is focused on Iris genus pathogens. The first part of this thesis brings basic information about Irises -- systematic division, morphology, spread and cultivation of Irises. It also mentions Iris genus defects and damages. Among originators of the disease in the Czech Republic belong Botrytis convoluta, Fusarium oxysporum, Penicillium verrucosum var. corymbiferum, Puccinia iridis, Davidiella macrospora, Botryotinia fuckeliana, Drechslera iridis, Phoma pseudacori, Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora, Iris mild mosaic virus, Iris yellow mosaic virus and Iris severe mosaic virus. The experimental part is then focused on pathogens occurrence in a Botanical garden and arboretum of MZLU in Brno. Significant damages are caused by Botrytis convoluta fungal pathogen, which was being analyzed and evaluated on 527 cultivars of Iris x barbata, Elatior group. Results were evaluated by Unistat 5.1 programme by dispersion analysis and then compared according to Tukeye with 0,05.
