The utilization of automotive transportation system with swap bodies in the enterprise of primary agricultural production

This thesis deals with the economic evaluation of automotive transportation system with swap bodies and the possibilities of its use. Due to its design the automotive system can be the carrier system for several kinds of extensions. In this case the investigated automotive carrier is a Tatra 815 AGRO and bodies are specifically for bulk materials, bulk body and body based on solid manure spreader RU 10, specially adapted for the purposes of the business. Evaluated were also the operational and investment costs of the whole transport system, utilization and efficiency of individual bodies, but also technical parameters. In my work are also presented informations characterizing surveyed company Agraservis s.r.o. All necessary informations has been discovered by observing and processing time frame of each extension, or on the basis of company´s internal documentation, including the weighing diary, time sheets or the annual report.
Rating of automotive transport system with swap bodies in the business of agricultural production.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of automotive transportation system with swap bodies in the business of agricultural primary production and the possibilities of its use. The Automotive transportation system can be the carrier system for several kinds of extensions because of its design. In this case, the investigated transport system in selected company uses the back of the bulk materials, tanks and bulk truck. It was the truck LIAZ 151 with hull CSAO for bulk materials, faecal tank ACF 041 and high-volume hull type for transport bulky feed. Operating and investment costs of the whole transport system, performance of each swap bodies and technical parameters were evaluated. The primary agricultural enterprise ZD Trhový Štěpánov, a. s. was also characterized. For this thesis were detected information by observing and processing time of each frame bodies. More information has been gathered from internal materials, such as a serious journal, time sheets, annual report and other enterprise data sources. In terms of economic costs, these costs have been identified - costs per km = 27,91 CZK/km, costs per tonne transported = 52,93 CZK/t and costs per tonne-km = 7,46 CZK/tkm. Total operating costs amount is 702 243.62 CZK. Another result of the investigation was determined consumption and annual use of individual bodies. For the bucket SCAO was found that the consumption is 0,69 litres per tonne transported and annual use of individual bodies is 98 days. For feacal tank ACF 041 the consumption is 29.1 liters per hectare applied of manure and Antal use of individual bodls is 98 days. The consumption of bulk superstructure is 0.93 liters to be transported tonne and was used for 34 days.
Comparing tractors and motorized vehicles transport systems with swap bodies in agricultural businesses engaged in primary production.

There are two transport systems used by agricultural businesses engaged in primary production. These are transport systems involving tractors and motorized vehicles. Transport systems involving tractors are made up of motorized vehicles and vehicles that are Toled Grand Super , or more specifically, a motor vehicle plus one or more vehicles that are towed along. A motorized vehicle refers to an agricultural traktor John Deere 6620. Motorized transport systems are comprised of Lorries Tatra 815 Agro. A lorry can only have one additional vehicle connected to itself. The transport systems mentioned above can be used in agricultural businesses engaged in primary production along with similar or identical productions. Motorized transport systems used in agricultural primary production are in the majority of cases applied to additional productions. This is the given transport system framework, which can be setup with adaptations for various uses. It therefore follows that the possibilities of comparing transport systems using universal undercarriages are increased. Expenditure associated with these transport systems, are easily compared. It is also possible to easily compare transport systems involving tractors with motorized transport systems as long as there is no need for more vehicles connected to them. It is obvious that the use of motorized transport systems for longer distances is preferable to transport systems involving tractors. Expenses for every driven kilometre with the comparable transport systems show a significant difference in cost. This difference is 36,85 Kč. On the other hand, it is preferable to use tractors for shorter distances involving a larger amount of material. he cost of one tonne of material transported is different about 11,55 Kč.
