Atypical Forms of Employment from the Perspective of Flexicurity Abstract The aim of this thesis is the assessment of the legal regulations of selected types of atypical employment from the perspective of the concept of flexicurity. It aims is to analyze the legal regulations of selected types of employment, to identify key elements of flexibility, security and employee protection, and critically evaluate whether the current legal framework meets the requirements of the Czech labor market or not. In case of the requirements not being met, possible solutions shall be proposed within the considerations de lege ferenda. This thesis consists of an introduction, four main parts, which are further divided into chapters and subchapters, and a conclusion. The first part offers a brief introduction to labor law. The second part focuses on the concept of flexicurity, its origin, various interpretations of different professionals, and its utilization in employment policies. It describes several different types of flexibility, security, and employee protection, and their reflection in labor law institutions. The third part is concerned with employment, dependent work, and the distinction between typical and atypical employment. Occupational Health and Safety with Focus on Atypical Forms of Employment

Thesis Title: Occupational Health and Safety with Focus on Atypical Forms of Employment The thesis aims to analyse and present the rules of occupational health and safety (OHS). The second goal of the thesis is the research of OHS solutions in atypical forms of employments with regard to current development of working relationships. The thesis also deals with the question of atypical forms of employment and the ensuring of OHS in Germany (GER). The collected information is used for comparison and evaluation of both countries and their attitudes toward OHS in atypical forms of employment. Part of the thesis is also devoted to possible course of OHS in the atypical forms of employment de lege ferenda including potential inspiration from GER in connection with ensuring of OHS. The thesis is mainly based on study of laws, relevant literature, comments and current articles. In the thesis, the descriptive and analytical method are used and at the end supplemented by the comparative one. The thesis is divided into six chapters that are split systematically into subchapters. The first part is focused on the definitions of fundamental terms that are further used in the following chapters. Legal Forms of Employment and their Implications for Employees

Submitted thesis Legal Forms of Employment and their Implications for Employees deals with the problems of employment legal relations and subsequent forms of employment in connection with labour law of the Czech Republic. The first (theoretic) part of the work describes basic employment legal relations (working ratio and the agreement outside the employment relationship) in the relation to the labour code. In this part of the work are described the most famous non traditional flexible forms of employment of the Czech Republic, defined in their legislation, including a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of these forms of employment both for the employees and for the employer. The practical part of the thesis comes from the testimony of ten of the respondents, who are acquainted with their opinions and experiences with different forms of employment. On their basis are developed case studies with commentary that evaluates the experience of the respondent and compares it with the relevant labour legislation. In this part is also statistical evaluation which deals with the comparison of the used forms of the employment relations between the European Union and the Czech Republic. The evaluation of the results and conclusion of the thesis summarizes the whole issue and presents the proposal to solute the negative consequences weighted employees using non standard flexible forms of employment.
