This master’s thesis is focused on creating an application for survey analysis. In the first section are theoretical foundations of a direct marketing and Business Intelligence. The next chapter focuses on available tools for data analysis and BI. Analysis and preparation of input data are also included in this part. Finally, the solution proposal is presented.

The objective of the bachelor thesis is proposals to improve the satisfaction of Omega’s health and sports center clients. In the theoretical part I will focus on the definition of basic concepts and in the practical part I will focus on the analysis of the environment. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats will also be covered in this section. Subsequently, a questionnaire survey will be conducted. Proposals for improving client satisfaction will be developed from the results of the questionnaire survey and individual analysis.

Využití potenciálu BI sémantického modelu v MS SQL Server 2012

This thesis deals with different approaches in the development of an analytical model of the data warehouse with a focus on tabular mode and its associated technologies and tools from the Microsoft company. In the theoretical part the thesis introduces the principles of Business Intelligence and also the concept of the semantic model. It also states tabular model as a new approach of creating an analytical database stored in the RAM memory. The tabular model is developed on the top of the data warehouse of a fictitious company Contoso in the practical part. The emphasis is put mainly on the comparison between the tabular and multidimensional model. The work ends with deploying both models on a virtual server with a comparison of their computing power for each of the designed scenarios.

This work contains the design solution and implementation of importing data mining tool Weka to the Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server 2012 by Managed Plug-in algorithm. In this thesis is describe, how is possible to create new Managed Plug-In algorithm and how is possible to import tool Weka into it. To use tool Weka in the new Managed Plugin Algorithm, is used the IKVM port. The IKVM can create from Weka tool new C# library, which can be used by Managed Plug-in Algorithm.
The development of tourism in Lipno

The first section contains a literature search dealing with relevant topics. Primary data were obtained from structured interviews with mayors of municipalities of Lipno. Secondary information was drawn from the literature and many websites of Lipno. In the practical part was prepared a complete analysis of the supply of tourism services. Next was drafted analysis of internal and external environment of Lipno, using SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis and primary research was prepared an optimum development plan of Lipno. Part of the development plan is costing the selected development measures. Recommendations made in developing the plan should lead to the development of tourism in Lipno, and to increase the competitiveness of Lipno.
