Transport infrastructure in the perspective of circular economy

The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to propose and recommend a solution for the implementation of transport infrastructure in the perspective of a circular economy. The proposed recommendations take into account the principles of the circular economy and try to improve the current situation. The theoretical part of the work deals with the theory of transport and transport infrastructure. We focus on the definition of the term traffic, as defined by different authors and how it can be viewed. What follows is the issue of the circular economy, which is intended to help the reader understand the basic principles of its operation. In the practical part, examples of successful circular economies and barriers preventing the transition from a linear to a circular economy are presented. The performed analysis of the management of construction and demolition waste is the basis for the proposal and recommendation.
