Comparative analysis of the results of Wingate tests of anaerobic endurance at players of HC Motor Ceske Budejovice in the last five years
VLČKOVÁ, Pavla
The aim of the graduation thesis is carrying out the Wingate test in the male "A" team HC Motor České Budějovice in the last five years and the subsequent comparative analysis of the results. A total of 239 players of the HC Motor České Budějovice team took part in the research, over a period of five seasons. We processed the measured values of the Wingate test into tables and graphs and the compared them between each other. In 2015, 2016 and 2018 measurements were performed before and after summer preparation. In 2015 and 2018, the results after summer preparation were higher than before the preparation. The measured value of maximum power [Watt/kg] in 2015 was 16,01 Watt/kg, in 2016 this value decreased to 11,90 Watt/kg and in 2017 it increased to 14,29 Watt/kg. In 2018 the value was 15,51 Watt/kg, 2019 14,86 Watt/kg and in 2020 it was 14,85 Watt/kg. The results of the Wingate test depend on the person of the trainer. This is evident from the results, when in 2016 all values decreased. This year, the trainings were led by a different trainer than in other years. In the last three years were relatively stable results. One trainer took care of the summer preparation.
Relation between chosen indicators of Wingate test and performance of racers in category K1 junior women slalom
Hapák, Michal ; Bílý, Milan (advisor) ; Šteffl, Michal (referee)
Topic: Relation between chosen indicators of Wingate test and performance of racers in category K1 junior women slalom. Aim: Determination of values of 30-s Wingate test function indicators in women water slalom (junior cathegory). Assessment of the relation between selected indicators and the performance in the nomination races, comparison of the indicators with the overall rankings in the nomination races. Methods: 30-s all out Wingate test on arm lever ergometer in UK FTVS laboratory. Usage of multidimensional statistical methods for correlation of Wingate test's chosen indicators with results of junior nomination races. Comparison of overall ranking in nomination races with total rates of functional indicators. Results: Results show, that rates of chosen functional parameters of Wingate test seem to be a suitable indicator of anaerobic endurance in category K1. High relation between performance and rates of chosen functional parameters was not reliably proved. Core words: Wingate test, functional indicators, anaerobic endurance, factors, performance, K1 junior women, correlation.
