Identifikace faktorů ovlivňujících efektivnost zemědělských podniků v NUTS II. Jihovýchod

The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify factors influencing the economic efficiency of agricultural companies in NUTS II. Southeast. The tesis is divided into two parts – a literary research and a practical part. The literary research was eveloper on the basis of knowledge gained from the available literature sources. The identification of enterprises is taking place during the period 2016-2020. The evaluation is compiled on the basis of financial analysis calculations from available data in the FADN database. The partial aim of the thesis is to find answers to 5 hypotheses that are closely related to the economic efficiency of companies. After evaluating the avarage results, the medium-sized enterprises of the South Moravian region perform best. Based on those answers to the hypotheses will be proposed some measures that could support better financial management of the companies. And the main aim of the thesis will be answered, which factors influence companies and also their management.

Human and Social Capital in the Czech Agriculture

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to analyze the human and the social capital in regions of Czech Republic. The first part of the paper consists of disruption and overview of the human and the social capital. It also contains the introduction of countryside areas and their connection with agriculture. The second part is focused on analyzing data from the questionnaire. Those data describe levels of the human and the social capital in agriculture in Czech Republic and differences between regions.

THE ANALYSIS OF DIRECT PAYMENTS EFFICIENCY IN CHOSEN AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

The subject matter of this bachelor work is characterization of the system direct payments providing within European Union and separate system of these payments. This work is dealing with an effect of direct payments in chosen agricultural enterprises, primarily with comparing direct payments with profit of agricultural enterprises. On the basis of worked-out data is examined financial situation of chosen agricultural enterprises and also general impact on their earnings created under influence of direct payments. In the end of this work is compiled proposal of company economic improvement and grant utilization in following years.

The terms of the human and social capital have been very important in these days. Their importance is sizeble. The human resources and their quality are the base of successfull company including agricultural. The creation and the maintenance of connections to key people are very important whole rural area where agricultural enterprises belong to main actors.
