Štefková, Kateřina
This thesis evaluates the influence of the term of propagation on the propagation efficiency of woody plants by herbaceous cuttings of these species: Berberis thunbergii DC. 'Atropurpurea Nana', Salix integra Thunb. 'Hakuro-Nishiki', Chaenomeles superba L. 'Elly Mossel', Ribes sanguineum 'King Edward VII', Potentilla fruticosa L. ' Super Red', Cornus alba L. 'Sibirica Variegata'. Experiment was carried out in Pasič spol. s.r.o. Dolní Životice company in terms of 17. 6. 2015, 1. 7. 2015 and 15. 7. 2015. Each variant had 4 repetitions with 140 pieces from each plant species. Experiment was evaluated after 55 days from cutting. It was shown that herbaceous cuttings rooting is the most influenced by the course of temperature and humidity in the room for propagation, especially by its sharp fluctuations during growth season. The most effective term for propagation of Berberis thunbergii DC. 'Atropurpurea Nana', Potentilla fruticosa L. ' Super Red', Salix integra Thunb. 'Hakuro-Nishiki' was the first term of 17. 6. 2015. For plants of Cornus alba L. 'Sibirica Variegata', Chaenomeles superba L. 'Elly Mossel', Ribes sanguineum 'King Edward VII', the third term of 15.7.2015 was the most effective. For Potentilla fruticosa L. ' Super Red', the effect of the term on maturity of cuttings is essential.
Vliv délky skladování na kvalitu bylinných řízků dřevin
Horká, Marie
This thesis deals with the influence lenght of storage to rooting softwood cuttings on the chosen of ornamental woody species. The test was made on Ligustrum ovalifolium Hassk. and Pyracantha coccinea M. Roem. 'Dart's Red'. The test was being held in two dates, 17.6.2014 and 30.7.2014. For treatment of the cutting have been used 4 variants. The cuttings from first variant were planted immediately (the control), others variants were stored before planting for 12, 24 and 48 hours at 2 -- 5 °C.
