Administrační klient systému pro správu požadavků

This thesis is about design and implementation of a software tool for administrating ticket management system. The reader is introduced into current status of administration client in ALVAO. Behavior of this client is also described by use case diagrams. Based on cons of the aplication there are solutions to improve the current situation. The best solution is described in chapter 3, which is about design of the solution. This chapter includes, among other things, the application’s features, used technology and priorities for implementation. The last part of this thesis describes the implementation details in C#.
