Diagram Eye Imaging
Chýlek, Richard ; Kratochvíl, Tomáš (referee) ; Říčný, Václav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor´s thesis was to design an adaptor for imaging the eye diagram of digital video signals in the basic zone. Adaptor is a device by which we can illustrate the signal distortion resulting from the passage through the transmission channel, using the XY displeying. This adaptor should be designed with the symbol timing recovery. This means that the adaptor has been divided into two parts. Part of the broadcast, which consists of a units generator timing signal, generator block and pseudorandom sequences. These blocks of me created a 127-bit sequence with different frequencies (2 MHz, 4 MHz, 8 MHz and 16 MHz). In the evaluation of the adaptor, which is composed of symbol timing recovery, frequency dividers, low pass filter and all-pass network for phase synchronization and adjustment signal amplifiers, the signal is divided into two branches. The first walked through a matching amplifier and led to vertical clamps oscilloscope. The second passes through progressively above districts and ultimately led to the horizontal clamp oscilloscope. The individual blocks were designed in detail and implementation schemes were drawn up for both of the adapter. From these themes, I then proposed a DPS for each of the adaptor. They were blocks of broadcast adaptor, evaluation of the adaptor, the blocks of resources and subpanel for two main blocks. The result of this work is complete documentation for the implementation of this adaptor. Direct implementation is not required.
Automatic Control of the Manual Air-condition in the car
Zajíc, Jakub ; Kratochvíl, Tomáš (referee) ; Říčný, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor’s theses deal with possibility of realization manual air-conditioning adaptor analysis, which would enable automatic adjusting of elected temperature into a car. Part of this analysis is block proposal of type of analog and digital construction of automatic air-conditioning adaptor. Both block diagrams are accompanied with functional description. Due to pro-and-con evaluation of both types of construction was decided to realize analog version of air-conditioning. Detail partial functional description of functional blocks and analytical analysis of its influence to general temperature adjusting accuracy are presented. Within bachelor’s theses is performed circuit proposal of all partial blocks of manual air conditioning adaptor. Component of proposal is creating of all bases for construction of functional equipment model. Final phase of bachelor's theses deal with realization of functional adaptor model and its calibration for measuring and temperature control into a car.
Adaptor domains in signalling proteins: phosphorylation analysis and a role in mechanosensing
Tatárová, Zuzana ; Novotný, Marian (advisor) ; Doležal, Pavel (referee)
P130Cas (Crk-associated substrate, CAS) is a multiadaptor protein important in integrin signalling where it positively regulates cell motility, invasion, proliferation and survival. CAS lacks enzymatic activity, but its binding to other signalling proteins could lead to the change of phosphorylation status of its substrate domain, which is the main mode, through which CAS takes part in regulating cell behavior. Local tensions in focal adhesions lead to an extension of CAS substrate domain, leaving phosphorylation sites more accessible for kinases, which subsequently leads to an increased CAS substrate domain phosphorylation. The CAS anchorage in focal adhesions is mediated by its SH3 domain, probably through the interactions with FAK, and also by C-terminal domain, where interaction partners are not known. The aim of my project is to find out, which proteins mediate the CAS anchorage to the focal adhesions. The elucidation of CAS anchorage to focal adhesions will contribute to the understanding of mechanosensory function of CAS. Experimental data suggest that tyrosine phosphorylation of the CAS SH3 domain plays an important role in the regulation of its binding properties. Another goal of my diploma project was to analyze the significance of tyrosine phosphorylation within SH3 domain and other...
