The Qualification Requirements for Water Structures Contractors

In the master thesis are explained terms related to public contract. The greatest attention is devoted the various types of qualification assumptions. The main objective is to compare qualification requirements of public works contracts in the field of water management structures. The analysis was performed on four specific public contracts, with an analysis of the differences between them were found. Public contract, open procedure, simplified sub-limit management, qualification, qualification requirements, the sponsor, the expected value, the law on public contracts.

This thesis focuses on explanations of terms relating to public works and dividing it by the value of contracts. The main objective is to analyze the amount of intermediate values of public works contracts, tenders Administration and maintenance of roads in the South Moravian Region four levels of the process, ie the expected value, control budget, the price in the contract for work and real value. The practical part of this process will be demonstrated from historical data procurement of the years 2009, 2010 and 2011.

The rigorous thesis deals with the granting of public contracts in the so-called simplified below-threshold procedure under the current and effective legislation. The introduction of the rigorous thesis defines the basic concepts related to public contracts, divides public contracts according to their types, and analyzes the principles associated with public procurement. The main body of the rigorous thesis focuses in particular on the procedure applied by the contracting authority and tenderers in the simplified below-threshold procedure, from the contracting authority's intent to announce the public contract to the completion of the tendering procedure; the thesis also takes into account further duties and acts related to the completion of the tendering procedure. The individual stages of public procurement in a simplified below-threshold procedure are divided into relatively separate stages, of which the entire public procurement process is composed. In light of the fact that the new legislation concerning public contracts has been applied in practice only for a very short period of time, the purpose of the rigorous thesis is also to compare the current legislation with the previous legislation in the individual parts of the thesis, and thus provide a comprehensive overview of the changes made...
Tender for services supplier in public sector

Bachelor thesis deals with rating of the process of a tender named: Creative processing and production of information campaign with the project Basic Registers. Theoretical section is focused on problems in the procurement and lead to the necessary information for the practical section of the thesis. Key element of the practical section is an evaluation of theoretical and real progress of selection of a compromise variant, which is analysed in six levels. The theoretical evaluation points out to targets to which contracting authority should point to. Real assessment is focused to real tender documentation with point and verbal evaluation of offers. In this part it points out to the potential improvement of the tender dossier. These suggestions of improvement are discussed further in the analysis of verbal evaluation of offers. These deficiencies are discussed further in the analysis of verbal evaluation of offers. A selection of a compromise variant is made on bases of these results. Actual and theoretical results were compared and evaluated.

This diploma thesis is focused on obtaining the resources from the operational programmes for financing the needs of a chosen company. The first part describes the overview of the current status of discussed problematics. There are described Regional policies in Europe and the Czech Republic and the reasons of establishment, regional development, the administrative division of the Czech Republic and the last programming period from 2007 to 2013 and this programming period from 2014 to 2020. The second part are own results. There are characteristics of a chosen company and of the priority axes within which the company submitted the subsidy application. The next is a subsidy application, approval of this application, the overall implementation of the project and its subsequent sustainability, benefits and risks of this obtained subsidy and its own insights.
