The issue of driving ban in international road transport in the Czech Republic and neighboring countries

This thesis deals with the driving ban. I analyze three countries: Czech Republic, Germany, Austria and France. In the theoretical part I deal with the legislation, which applies to international road transport. In the practical part I deal with the analysis of a driving ban in selected states. I analyze exception from the driving ban too. The last part describes problems that bans trips bring carriers.
Regulation of motor freight transport in the Czech Republic with the intension of toll

The bachelor thesis is concerned with problems of motor freight transportation in the Czech Republic with emphasis on toll collection. The thesis focuses as well on other regulation -- the driving restriction and hours of service. The thesis is divided into four parts. First section presents the Stigler's and Peltzman's theory of economic regulation. In part two is emphasized the importance of motor freight transportation. There is described the situation on freight transport market as well. Third section explains what regulation are set in the Czech Republic, especially the electronic fee collection is described. The last part analyses advantages and disadvantages of toll colletion and compares with foreign countries -- with German, Austria and Slovakia. The other kind of regulation (driving restriction and hours of service) are assessed and compared as well.
