Analysis of the organizational structure

The subject of this thesis is to analyse the organizational structure. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the study was used literature. The theoretical part describes the public administration and its executor. Another part of the file is dedicated to organization of public administration, organizational principles and describes the types of organizational structure. Based on the literature review of literature has been created regarding this issue. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of a state organizational unit and its components. Analysis was based on all the available information current situation of organization, with an analysis of the Czech Police organizational structure and organizational structure the respective regional headquarters.
