The Sudeten Germans and the vanished Sudetenland on the example of Novohradské hory

The authoress deals in her thesis with the theme of The Sudeten Germans and the vanished Sudetenland on the example of Novohradské hory. The thesis is divided into three individual sections. The first section describes historical facts concerning the transfer of the German population. The second part deals with mountain villages in No-vohradské hory, in the former Sudetenland, which vanished on grounds of the transfer of Germans after the Second World War. In the last part the authoress deals with the oral history, analyses the interviews with the Sudeten Germans and sketches their real fates.
