Proposal of new clamping system of inserts for wood milling tools
Vančura, Tomáš ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
The work presented in this thesis has been dealt with issues of clamping systems of indexable inserts of woodworking milling tools. The aim of this thesis is to design new clamping system of indexable inserts according to the request of company Vydona, Ltd. The work has been divided into three chapters. Chapter 1 deals with characteristic of wood milling process. It has aimed to create a basic view at main parameters which are influencing clamping system of indexable inserts. Chapter 2 has been a literature search of existing clamping systems used in timber industry. The last chapter has been aimed to design of clamping system for pre-cut indexable insert.
Design of the clamping system for elastohydrodynamic contact simulator
Repatý, Michal ; Šperka, Petr (referee) ; Košťál, David (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design and construct a clamping system for glass disc used in elastohydrodynamic contact simulator. The clamping system must be able to center, eject and at the same time quickly and securely fasten the disc. Increased demands on accuracy and rigidity of the system are stressed as it is a laboratory measuring instrument. The thesis contains an accompanying report, drawings of components and assembly drawings.
Design of CNC lathe milling head with adjustable tilt
Horák, Vítězslav ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of CNC lathe milling head with B axis. Thesis includes research in CNC turning machines, their tool systems and overview of manufacturers of milling B axis. It also includes calculation of machining forces, design of spindle and design of B axis including necessary calculations. Part of this thesis is also 3D model and assembly drawing, 2 manufacturing drawings and list of items.
Electromagnetic chuck system
Haratek, Jiří ; Mach, Martin (referee) ; Cipín, Radoslav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is proposal of one segment of electromagnetic chuck system. In the theoretical section, we introduce the principle function of chuck systems with permanent magnets, electromagnets and their combinations. The main part focuses on the calculation of the holding force of electromagnetic chuck system with a combination of permanent magnets and electromagnets and verification using finite element method created in the simulation environment FEMM. The aim of assignment is also a practical design of the proposed system.
