Evaluating the effectiveness of complex protection measures in cadastral area Jerlochovice in Husí potok Watershed
Matoušek, Petr ; Sobotková, Veronika (referee) ; Dumbrovský, Miroslav (advisor)
A subject of this Thesis is the design of the complex system of measures of soil conservation in given catchment area, which will serve as a concept of complex land consolidation in cadaster Jerlochovice. Based on the analysis and the land survey, a feasible solution was designed using the hydrological and erosive tools of ArcGIS. For the identification of areas endangered by erosion and for the identification of runoff conditions, the Universal Soil Loss Equation of Wischmeier-Smith was used (in grid modification). Based on the calculated values, the suitable technical and agrotechnical measures of soil erosion control were designed. Each component was designed for the values of Qn from the model DesQ. Subsequently the efectivity of the designed measures was evaluated by the comparison of results of erosive and runoff conditions before and after the aplication of the soil and water conservation measures.

Analýza erozní ohroženosti v zájmovém území
Folkmanová, Kateřina
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the threat of water erosion in the cadastral areas of the municipalities of Horní Poříčí, Prostřední Poříčí and Dolní Poříčí, which is located in the South Moravian Region in the district of Blansko. The thesis also contains draft anti-erosion measures, based on the analyses performed. The first part of the thesis consists of literary research focusing on erosion issues focusing on the legislative framework of soil protection. This part also contains the characteristics of the area of interest. The next part is focused on the determination and explanation of the processing procedure used in the practical part. Here is explained the principle of calculating the average long-term loss of soil by water erosion by the universal equation USLE according to Wischmeier and Smith and the determination of the individual factors entering this equation. The methodology also describes the process of calculating individual factors and the long-term loss of soil by water erosion in ArcGIS, USLE2D and LS Converter. Data BPEJ, LPIS and ZABAGED(R) were used for processing. The practical part contains proposal of anti-erosion measures and analysis of erosion hazard after their application in the area of interest. The results are presented in the form of manual outputs, always for the current state and for the status after the application of the proposed measures.

Stanovení ztráty půdy erozí s využitím modelů erozních procesů
Krčková, Marie
This thesis deals with the issue of modern methods of water erosion determination. These methods of measuring soil erosion processes have been used: USLE equation, ERCN program, SMODERP model and application of USLE2D in GIS. Individual results were compared and their applicability was evaluated. Use of individual methods demonstrated big difference between ERCN and USLE results. ERCN also contained outdated values of erosion factors. SMODERP model provides different type of output data and model is not very expanded but outputs of simulation can be used for designing erosion control measures. USLE2D results were almost the same as USLE equation results. This method has the potential to replace manual USLE calculation. SMODERP model has been shown as useful for design of technical erosion control measures.
