The author deals with the equipment of the unit, operation and marketing of sales, plant care, sales psychology and legislation of the floristic business unit. Part of the bachelor thesis is the practical part – there is a design and realization of Christmas exhibition which is supported by photodocumentations.

Trade licence and requirements for undertaking business as a sole trade

The topic of this thesis is "Trade license and the requirements for undertaking business as sole trader". Its aim is to analyze the current legal regulations with regard to the historical development and judgments, to evaluate it, to highlight its deficiencies and to deal with possible solutions. I have chosen this particular topic because it's a very relevant topic, one which is constantly developing and as such offers enough food for thought. It also plays an important role in the life of society and in the life of an individual. The thesis is composed of four chapters. Chapter One, subdivided into five parts, summarizes the historical development of the trade law with focus on the main law in this area which was issued in 1859 and became the fundamental document in the subsequent period and influenced current legal regulations too. Chapter Two is divided into four parts. Part One defines the trade license, while Part Two briefly describes its classification. Part Three concentrates on subjects of trade license, including conditions for foreign persons. Finally Part Four deals with the responsible representative. Trade law in Czech republic

In my bachelor thesis I analysed contemporary legislation of the trade business in Czech republic. In the first part I aimed at explanation of the terminology and conditions that are crucial for understanding of the issue. These are the concept "trade", how trades are devided according to the Trade act, subjects allowed to run a trade, etc. The second part of my work i dedicated to outlining the german trade legislation in order to compare it with the czech. In the third part a reader will find statistics regarding the number of business licences in Czech republic.
