The thesis is focused on issues of the design testing strategy in the form of the test plan. There are described selected models of the life cycle software development and methodologies of the software development and testing in the theoretical part. The main focus is dedicated to the significance testing and its position in the various models and methodologies. There is solved a creation of testing strategy of selected software in the practical part, including the subsequent design and implementation of the test cases. There is an assessment of the achieved results at the conclusion and there is discussed the possibility of using different type or approach of the testing.
Influences of atmospheric conditions and kind of paints for their durability in the exterior exposition.
Malinský, Josef ; Pánek, Miloš (advisor) ; Bomba, Jan (referee)
Abstract Name: Bc. Josef Malinský, DiS. Diploma thesis topic: Impact of atmospheric factors and the type of coating on their durability when used outdoors. Abstract: This thesis deals with an assessment of qualities and lacks of coatings of a particular coating system. Its result is a recommendation of the best of the evaluated coatings. The introduction shows an analysis of the historical development of coatings and an overview of coatings in general, as well as a list of the most commonly used coating systems for the protection of wood used outdoors. The thesis describes the ways of applying coatings and the methods of correct applying coatings focussed on wood protection and durability. The aim of the second part is to choose the best coating according to the results and parameters of the testing. This part includes a description of the preparation of tested objects, applying coatings and the way of measuring the parameters before and after the exposure of such objects to an accelerated ageing process in accordance with the Czech norm ČSN EN 927 part 6. Comparing the qualities of particular coatings results in a recommendation of the best of the coatings assessed. The third part of the thesis describes a variability of atmospheric conditions and their impact on the results of the testing of coating systems. It results in an evaluation and assessment of particular differences in testing the particular coatings in accordance with the Czech norms ČSN EN 927 part 3 and ČSN EN 927 part 6. The aim of this part of the thesis is to answer the question whether and to what extent degradation of the tested coating is affected by the difference of climate conditions when being tested for accelerated ageing and natural ageing. Key words: surface treatment, wood coatings, testing, outdoor exposure
Influence of kind of wood for quality of selected paints for exterior
Blažek, Tomáš ; Pánek, Miloš (advisor) ; Zeidler, Aleš (referee)
The aim of the diploma thesis is to provide lay persons as well as specialists in the field with information about a suitable surface treatment method for various types of wood and about the impact of the choice of wood on the coating durability when used outdoors, so that they make a sound judgement upon these findings. The diploma theses is divided into several parts containing an introduction into the problem of degradation of wood used outdoors, a description of various coatings based on natural substances, various wood modifications, principles of applying the coatings, norms providing for applying the coatings. On the basis of the tests using accelerated aging it has been found that the best results had oak with chemical modification Lignofix I-profi and final surface finish with the application of outdoor oil. The aim of the thesis is to compare selected coatings based on natural substances on selected types of modified wood. Outputs of particular tests are clearly arranged to provide a clear overview of particular measurement data. The diploma thesis also includes a clear analysis of particular coating materials with respect to their acquisition costs compared to their degradation and their utility.
Testing methods and EN standards for coatings systems - review and results of testing
Štěrbová, Irena ; Pánek, Miloš (advisor) ; Procházka, Jiří (referee)
The subject-matter of this bachelor thesis was to do the research concerning the evaluation of methods in testing the coating systems. Another aim was to evaluate, upon the analysis of the selected scientific articles from the Web of Science portal, the most effective coating system from the perspective of four characteristics (hardness, adhesion, gloss and colour change). Upon the results of selected researches, the polyuretane coating was found to be the best in all of the examined characteristics. Then, the alkyd-based synthetic varnish gave the best results especially in adhesion. The knowledge from the research proves that the cellulosic coating has the worst results in overall durability, especially as far as the gloss, colour changes and hardness are concerned. From the adhesion viewpoint, the water-borne alkyd coating was the worst.
Coatings for termowood - useful types and their testing.
Lišková, Tereza ; Pánek, Miloš (advisor) ; Oberhofnerová, Eliška (referee)
This work deals with specific requirements regarding finishing of thermally modified wood for exterior use. A theoretical part includes information about features of thermally modified wood, finishing products and recommended procedures for protecting. Next chapter describes assessment of testing procedures, use of those methods during in real scenarios, measurement and evaluation of results. Measured values are evaluated in the application STATISTICA 12 and represented using graphs and tables. It includes list of used materials, finishing products. It also describes tests made using spectrophotometer and roughness tester. Last chapter of this works describes options how to increase color permanency of thermally modified wood. It also includes recommendations for selection of suitable finishing product.
Certification programme ECDL - supporting study for public administration employees
Žák, Daniel ; Očenášek, Vladimír (advisor) ; Rysová, Hana (referee)
The theme of this bachelor is focused on the certification programme ECDL and its use for public public administration employees to test computer literacy, to increase labor productivity and saving time. The bachelor describes basic and advanced options and features in word processor and a spreadsheet of Microsoft Office Word and Excel version 2013. This bachelor is focused on certification programmes ECDL Core and ECDL Advanced. The first part contains a comparison of educational content from SharePoint, which is available to employees of the Office of Labour, with the requirements of knowledge, necessary for each version of the certification programme ECDL. The comparison should show if learning materials are consistent with the requirements of certification programmes ECDL Core and ECDL Advanced. In another part for employees who are interested in certification programme ECDL, are created selected illustrative examples by which it will be possible to try out certain requirements from ECDL Core and ECDL Advanced syllabus. Followed by testing of public administration employees in these selected illustrative examples, particularly at the contact office of the Labour Office for Prague 6 and 17. After testing is followed by a questionnaire on the usability of the ECDL certificate in public administration.

In this part is also shown brief development of computer literacy. The greatest emphasis is placed on ways to measure computer literacy and also, there is explained a draft of testing ECDL. In the end of the theoretical part is described comparison of Czech Republic and EU in particular acts relating to computer literacy. Practical part applies the theoretical knowledge in practice. It is mainly focused on testing company employees based on testing using the ECDL. There will be made a questionnaire survey on company employees and then also a practical test, which will be focused on work with a text, table, internet and mail client and it will be work up in accordance with the concept of ECDL. In the end of test results will be evaluated the computer literacy of company employees and will be made a comparison with average of EU and Czech Republic.
Testing of computer literacy
Procházka, Karel ; Očenášek, Vladimír (advisor) ; Kánská, Eva (referee)

A part of the testing is a test, which verifies the required knowledge in the field of office packages, hardware, software and digital literacy.
Analysis and Notification of New ResultCloud Submissions
Iakymets, Bohdan ; Vojnar, Tomáš (referee) ; Šimková, Hana (advisor)
Software tests results have mostly the same values, therefore they do not contain any important or interesting information. Developers must spend a lot of time for looking for something interesting in tests results, thus developer require tool for analysis results and in case finding interesting information notify user about it. This tool can save a lot of time. Assignment of this bachelor work is design and implement mechanism for analyzing and notifing user about interesting changes in test results. Part of the work is to learn ResultCloud and based on acquired knowledge to extend ResultCloud.
