Static analysis of wooden truss
Cicálková, Eliška ; Zídek, Rostislav (referee) ; Vlk, Zbyněk (advisor)
Bachelor work is processed as static calculation of traditional wooden roof. For analysis of structural model is used program using finite element method (FEM) - Dlubal RFEM 4. According to the actual implementation is modeled brace calculating model. Here separate construction elements are assessed the first and the second limit states - ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. Nail connection is maked at the close of work. It´s connections of roof tie and rafter.
Návrh rodinného domu v Beskydech
Petřvalský, Jan
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a detached house with a basement area and attic area used as a living space and the placement of the building on a specific sloping plot of land in the Beskydy Mountains. The house is designed for a family of four with a compliance with hygienic and other related standards. The building is designed as a hybrid construction where two construction systems are used. One part of the house is built as a log house and is connected to the second part that is made out of bricks. There is also a residential attic. A plot of land in the cadastral territory of Velké Karlovice was chosen for the location of the house, the plot is part of the Beskydy PLA. Practical part of thesis consists of building design documentation as well as visualization. The text part is focused mostly on carpentry joints used in log structures in past and the present times.

Rekonstrukce objektu pily
Zeman, Tomáš
This bachelor's work deals with the reconstruction of water saw which belongs mill Doubkov. The intoductiony bachelor's work is focused on the historical development of the mill Doubkov. Following documentation current state of focusing on the details of carpentry joins, assessing the current state of individual structures a list od demaged parts and an opti-mal method of repair of the building. Part of this work are ways to protect wood against moisture and wood destroying pests. Proposed renewal of the saw is designed so that an object remains as much in ori-ginal condition and also to use the saw to illustrate the historical method od processing wood logs.
Numerický model celodřevěného konstrukčního spoje
Staňková, Eliška
Part of bachelor's thesis is numeric simulation of several testing variants of wholewood carpentry joints during mechanical strain. As a type of test was used 3 and 4 spots bend for symmetric and asymmetric loaded joint. There were tested a joints with two different dimensions. Purpose of this test is elaboration, evaluation and comparison of joint behavior. For simulations is monitored the process of Ansys Workbench tool, that means, Individual steps from creation of geometric model trough networking, defining of material attributes, determination of boundary conditions solution to exportation of results. Basic joint designs were taken from destruction tests ongoing within "Design and evaluation of historical construction carpentry joints" project, which followed up the design of wholewood joints and destruction tests. This project is showing complex joint response by using a method based on finite element method. The results of the project will be used for comparison with experimental data and then used to examine alternatives joints.
Numerická a experimentální analýza vybraného celodřevěného tesařského spoje
Zámečník, Petr
The major task of this topic is evaluation of the birdsmouth carpentry joint by various approaches employing finite element method and DIC. The numerical modeling is carried out to predict mechanical performance of the joint and the DIC as reference measurement has been established. There are proposed few achievements in introducing of effective way to give sufficient comparison. (1) The model in several variations is presented whereas gluing and contact analysis in ANSYS is in research scope. (2) The DIC was viably established with the real mechanical measurement in the same time. Although there were found some differences in comparison o FEM with DIC, the results present similarities especially when the contact analysis was carried out.
