The goal of the submitted thesis „Praparation and financing public construction contract regarding developement of bundle of villages“ is to accomplish financial analysis and financial plan of Volunteer bundle of villages for water pipelines and sewerage systems Šlapanicko. First (theoretical) part is focused on describing theoretical basics of bundle of villages, financial planning and financial analysis. Practical part deals with financial analysis and financial planning of Volunteer bundle of villages for water pipelines and sewerage systems Šlapanicko with an objective of preparation for forthcomin investment project.

This bachelor thesis named Municipal cooperation as an important factor of territorial development - an example of the association of municipalities Židlochovicko deals with evaluation of the intermunicipal cooperation in village association Židlochovicko. The thesis is divided to two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part presents opinions of Czech and foreign authors about given topic. The practical part presents results of research which was based on interviews with representatives of municipalities of analysed association. Then arrangements were suggested to increase the functioning efficiency of the association.

Conseption of atlas development of the micro region Pomalsi

This bachelor thesis is focused on the draft of an atlas of the developmental area of micro region. The purpose of this thesis is to create a concept of regional character atlas. This concept includes physicogeographical and socioeconomic aspects of micro region. In the first part of this thesis the attention is focused primarily on the geographical analysis of area, which provides information and familiarizes the reader with area condition. This information is a major source used to create the second part of this thesis content and that is the draft of an atlas. Part of the atlas draft will be made up of several exemplary map lists.

Bachelor's thesis is focused on draft of atlas of development area of microregion Budweis - north. Purpose of thesis is create concept of regional character atlas, which will demostrate socioeconomic and physicogeographical aspects of microregion, in comply with area development and needs of local administrations. Before own draft processing is attention focused to complex geographical analysis of area which provide major information about area condition and options of development which will be major source to create content of parts of atlas. Part of atlas draft will be several exemplary map lists.

The bachelor thesis Agribusiness in rural areas as a factor of development -- an example of the Drahanská vrchovina microregion is dealing with a description of the microregion. Specially it describes the agriculture. The theoretical part defines the terms of the issue and the second part deals with the Drahanská vrchovina microregion. Microregion consists of 11 municipalities in the district Vyškov. A large part of microregion falls within landscape Drahanská highlands. Microregion make efforts to develop communities, such as meeting the objectives of Local Agenda 21, and its efforts are seen in the growing number of people. Microregion also supports agriculture, because agriculture has the largest impact on the environment and landscape character of the microregion area.
