The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyse managment and organisational structure of selected hockey club. My thesis consists of three parts, in the first part I would like to refer to organisational structure and its types in this section of sport. In other part I focused on definition of economical terms and methods which were used in my bachelor thesis. In the practical part I tried to examine the organisational structure and activties of professional apparatus, and economical and sports situation of hockey team HC Kometa Brno. In the third part, based on theoretical knowledge, own analysis and gathered information, I characterise imperfections in managment and I suggest ideas which should lead to optimalization in organization and managment of company.

Specificity of joint stock companies with state property interest Abstract This diploma thesis focuses on state-owned stock companies. This thesis aims to focus purely on stock companies with only short introductions to other forms of state ownership of corporations. The goal is to identify state as a legal entity and also as a shareholder. The other goals are an analysis of obligation to provide information and lastly a brief analysis of some other specifics when it comes to state-owned stock companies. The first part dealing with the identification of the state aims to sufficiently isolate stock companies from other possible state-owned corporations, while interpreting the relevant legal provisions combined with relevant court decisions. The second part focuses in detail on the obligation to provide information of state- owned stock companies. The goal is to analyze the relevant decisions of the Czech Constitutional Court in relation to the Act on freedom of information. Other chapters of this part focus on obligation to provide information in relation to Act on public procurement and to Act on the contract register . This second part heavily relies on judicial practice of both national and EU institutions. The third part deals with certain other specifics, which relate to state-owned stock companies....

Transformation of the Slovak hospitals to organizational form of stock companies

This bachelors thesis describes and compares the organizational forms of subsidized organization and stock company. It clarifies problems of slovak healthcare system. Using information primarily from organizational systems and annual reports, it analyses the organizational structure, capital resources and ownership structure of selected hospitals. The subjects are examined in terms of corporate governance. It assesses management and competences of specific positions. Based on findings from practical part, it proposes solutions in this area and contributes to ongoing debate.
