Marketing Strategy of the Contributory Organization

The aim of the Bachelor thesis called "Marketing Strategy of the Contributory Organizati-on" was to find a suitable marketing strategy for a chosen company using analyzes from the marketing environment and market research. The organization is located in the field of service provision and focuses on education and entertainment. The theoretical part is fo-cused on the description of the non-profit sector and its principles for creating a marketing strategy. The marketing mix, analysis of the competitive environment and marketing re-search are also defined there. The practical part describes the activities of the non-profit organization DDM Písek and deals with a situational analysis of the environment, which includes SWOT analysis and analysis of the marketing mix. The following is a questi-onnaire survey that obtained information about public awareness of DDM Písek's acti-vities. Based on the results of the analyzes and the results of marketing research, the last part of the thesis focuses on the proposal and recommendations for improving the marke-ting strategy of the organization.
Comparison of traumatological plans of health care facilities in the Czech and Slovak Republic

This diploma thesis analyzes trauma planning in health care facilities in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The aim of this work was to compare and propose measures to optimize trauma plans of selected health care facilities in Czech and Slovak Republics. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis was used a search of available literature and there were characterized health care facilities in the Czech and Slovak Republics, crisis preparedness of health care, related legislation, traumatological planning and other related terms such as triage- prioritizing treatment and mass admission of patients. In the practical part of the diploma thesis were used qualitative methods such as observation and analysis of research objects, therefore trauma plans of selected health care facilities in the Czech and Slovak Republics, which had been selected on the basis estimation of experts, followed by comparison of already used trauma plans and SWOT analyzes had been processed and evaluated. After that overall evaluation of the obtained results and on their basis had been prepared proposals for the optimalization of trauma plans. The results of this diploma thesis pointed out the importance of updating trauma plans and the importance of detailed and clearly processed trauma plans and the necessities of exercising and training employees from health care facilities, which would contribute to be more effective in crisis preparedness of health care facilities.

CHOSEN SALE'S FROMS OF BIOPRODUST - RETAIL CHAINS

The principle aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze sale of organic food within selected retail chains. Specifically, it is determination of the sale strategy, assortment structure, conditions and culture of the organic food sale. The thesis comprises a part of the MSM 0652104020 research project of the College of Economic fo the South Bohemian University. The first part of this thesis summarizes theoretical information on ecological agriculture and organic food market. The practical part is based on questionnaire enquiry and analysis of offering lists. Questionnaires were sent to the management of retail chains operating in the area of the South Bohemian Region and including organic food in their offer. Single organic foodstuffs from the offering lists were analyzed and retail chains with so-called ``good practice{\crqq} were identified on their basis. The best offer of organic food is presented by the Interspar and Terno chains. For the present, retail chains are not significantly interesed in purchasing of organic products originating from the South Bohemia. The reason for this is that they operate within a nationwide scope. All retail chains addressed expect a slightly dynamic development of the organic food market. In the conclusion of the thesis, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of sale of organic food in retail chains are identified (SWOT Analysis).
Corporate and communication culture in a construction company

This bachelor thesis focuses on internal communication and corporate culture in the company GEMO. This bachelor thesis is systematically divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part of the work, based on a search of professional literature, the issue of internal communication in the company, corporate culture and, last but not least, the specifics of construction companies are introduced. The practical part uses the method of quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire is used to find out how internal communication and corporate culture are set up in the selected company. There is also an interview with a manager in the company. Furthermore, the method of SWOT analysis is used in the practical part of the work. The method was included because it is able to identify specific strengths and weaknesses in a specific area and strategy. Based on this SWOT analysis, recommendations for improving the current situation are defined.

In the design part, individual recommendations and proposals concerning development are elaborated.

The bussiness activities of the company include production, wholesale and retail of pet food and pet-supplies. The theoretical part summarizes the findings which serve as a base for the other parts of the thesis. The analytical part evaluates the current situation of the company's external and internal environment. The last part contains recommendations, the implementation of which should lead to the development of the company's business activities.
CNC Laster Cutter Integration with ERP information system

This bachelor's thesis deals with the compatibility of production machines with the information system in the context of company digitization process. The theoretical part analyze the structure and variability of information systems. The principle of the laser and the characteristics of the most used types of lasers in CNC laser machines are described as well. There is also a definition of the popular term called Industry 4.0 from the perspective of digitization. The practical part presents the researched company from its beginnings to the present. There will be specified current control systems and production facilities which will be interconnected into synchronized control modules in design of the ERP information system. The SWOT analysis will show what effect the proposed information system would have, especially from the point of view of digitalization of the company.

The diploma thesis is divided into three parts, theoretical, analytical and draft. The theoretical part contains the basic concepts of the problém. The second part analyzes the macoeconomic and the microeconomic environment of the market through strategic analysis. The last, draft part is the actual design of the business plan based on the previous information obtainded.
Implementation of BIM using Project Management

The bachelor’s thesis describes the problematics of implementation of the Building Information Modelling method (BIM) in a specific construction company. The BIM method helps to sustain the company competitiveness and makes construction project management more efficient due to the support of information sharing and cooperation of the stakeholders. The process of implementation was designed based on the company’s analysis using project management methods. The outcomes of the thesis will be applied during the initiation of the BIM method implementation.
