Customer Satisfaction Analysis of the Selected Company and Proposals for its Improvement.

This diploma thesis deals with customer satisfaction analysis of Hospoda U Hlaváčů using a questionnaire survey and provides proposals for its improvement. The thesis is based on a comparison of theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Theoretical part is focused on market research, customer and questionnaire survey. The practical part analyses and elaborates the obtained results. Based on the data evaluation, several areas requiring improvement were indicated. Proposals to increase the level of customer satisfaction and development of provided services are given.

In the theoretical part is to define important terms of marketing and marketing strategies. The practical part is based on the theoretical part, the analysis is based on the design of a processing new marketing strategy, which aims to raise awareness of the showroom and strengthen its competitiveness, sales and image.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the information system and the subsequent proposals for improving the information system (IS) in the BENU pharmacy. The first part explains the basic concepts related to information systems. The second part is devoted to the concept of information system, its characteristics, characteristics and requirements. In the next part is described the company in which IS is located, describing the information system itself, assessing its current state and suggestions for improvement.

This diploma thesis was created for a hotel named Luční bouda. The thesis explores the current situation of the hospitality market and proposes solutions to increase the tourist ativities and customer satisfaction at the hotel. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to marketing in tourism and related concepts. The practical part focuses on analysing the environment, competition, internal factors, marketing mix, customers and finaly SWOT analysis. The diploma thesis proposes improvements in the services provided by the hotel that would lead to higher occupancy and profits.

Analysis of Selected Company by Using the Selective Methods

The thesis is aimed at analysis of a selected company Goldpress s.r.o., which specializes in the printing industry. The first part deals with theoretical bases, further are performed analyzes – PESTEL analysis, Porter's analysis, 7S and selected methods of financial analysis. The results of the partial analyzes are summarized in the SWOT analysis. The conclusion of the thesis suggests recommendations based on results of performed analyses and aimed at improving the current state.

This thesis is dedicated to the problematics of e-shop revitalization. Its main goal is to provide a proposal of an adequate marketing strategy for product lines, offered on the e-shop of selected company, based on performed analyses and research. The thesis is divided into three main chapters which represent theoretical points, analytical part and an original solution proposal. Theoretical framework definition is followed by internal and external environment analysis, which creates prerequisities for the marketing research realization itself. Observed results form a base for suitable marketing strategy design.
