The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to examine natural conditions, historical context and significant changes in landscape structure namely in cadastral communities of Bítov and Vysočany. The following parts of the thesis focus on evaluation of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and prognosis of future landscape development and make some proposals for improving its current conditions by erosion control measures and reducing water pollution as well; the last one deals with the issue of local conventional farming.

Diploma with topic "Organic farming in the region Vysočina and options of transition of conventional family farm to organic farming" was focused on the options of transition to conventional family farm to organic farming. The objective of the review of literature resources was characteristic of the importance of organic farming and condition in Czech Republic, also in the states of EU. In the experimental part I was trying outline the situation, in which it is considering Benda's family farms Chotěbudice entry into organic régime of financial management. I compared economic situation of Benda's farm to compare with the transitions to organic farming. The result is, that agricultural production is achieves higher profits than in organic farming. In the end of the thesis, it is said, that compare with the transition to organic farming would not be for Benda's farm suitable not at all. Mainly because, there is lower profits than in conventional farming, and also for strict legislative conditions.

Bachelor thesis deals with analysis of Agrospol Lužná, Ltd. and preparation of the improvement proposal to expand production by wooden garden furniture manu-facture. The thesis describes starting position of the project and improvement pro-posal goals. It deals with market analysis and technical and technological solution of the project. It is made the identification and the analysis of current business strategy. Based on the findings it is prepared the analysis of the organization's environment, the analysis of expectations, strengths and goals of relevant "stakeholders", the analysis of internal organization factors and SWOT analysis.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issues related to the role of women in agriculture in developing countries with a special focus on Africa. Theoretical part describes the position of women in several areas including property rights or climate change. Practical part applies these issues to a specific african region, while the performed SWOT analysis directed at the Ministry of Food and Agriculture in Ghana allows a deeper insight into the topic. The aim is to describe the lack of women's strong position in african developing countries with a focus on Ghana, to bring a comprehensive insight into the whole issue and to suggest appropriate actions to empower the position of women not only in the agrarian sector but also within the whole society.

Zrilićová, N. Study of quality of life with focus on sports activities: comparison of cities of Brno and Vitoria-Gasteiz. Master's thesis. Brno: Mendel university in Brno, 2015. The Master's thesis deals with the topic of the quality of life with focus on sports activities. It's objective is to compare two European cities -- Brno and Vitoria-Gasteiz. The quality of life is judged from the point of view of the number of sports facilities, their equipment, existence of price benefits for citizens and the other ways of motivation to sport provided by city halls of the researched cities. The attention is also paid to cycling as one of the outdoor sports. By using questionnaire survey it was investigated citizen's satisfaction with the current state of the quality of life. The results of the survey and the SWOT analysis for both cities confirm the effectiveness of the system applied in Vitoria-Gasteiz. In conclusion there are suggested recommendations for improvement of the city of Brno.

This thesis deals with the processing of a strategic plan of microregion Rajhradsko. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part mainly describes the procedure for processing the strategic plan. In the practical part is created situational analysis of the microregion which is used for subsequent SWOT analysis. On the basis of SWOT analysis is conducted a questionnaire survey which aims to determine the opinion of representatives of member municipalities on the actual development of the microregion. In the final part is designed strategic plan microregion Rajhradsko.

Thesis has a goal to make a medium-term strategic framework for specific sub-action plans. This work evaluates the micro region Hodoninsko and through the specific steps describes opportunities for the development of the territory with respect to the current situation and the conditions. The introduction of the theoretical part defines basic termi-nology and the general structure of the strategic document. This part is treated as a liter-ary review. In the practical part are data collected through the situational and SWOT analysis. The next step is to undertake its own part of the questionnaire. Obtained results are confronted with the both analysis situational and SWOT. Based on this comparison are determined crucial areas and the specific objectives for strategic planning. Then are developed action plans for each area. The final outcome of the thesis is proposed inter-mediate intentions that can be use as a source for further development of the micro re-gion Hodoninsko.

The aim of the Diploma thesis is in strategic analysis of Agrochem joint-stock company Lanškroun. A high-quality strategy is an essential precondition for successful future of any company. It is the responsibility of any good management to create an adequate strategic analysis, which reflects on the past, takes the present into consideration and which respects the future as well. The basic starting point for a qualified company strategy proposal is a macroenvirons analysis consisting of the political, economic, social, technological and enviromental factors. The next step is a microenvirons analysis which concerns with the customers, suppliers, competition; and the Porter's Five Forces Competition Theory is applied. The last component analysis is the internal enviroment analysis comprising of factors of technical development, marketing factors, production and management production factors, factors of company and occupational resources and financial analysis. Based on the environs analysis, the SWOT analysis was established and a proper strategy for the above mentioned Agrochem joint-stock company Lanškroun suggested.

Stanovení rekreačního potenciálu města Kroměříže

There is the recreational potential of the city Kroměříž discussed in the bachelor the-sis. The first part aims on an overview of current issues and solutions and there are specific methods of assessing the recreational potential summarized. In practical part is briefly characterized the area of the interest firstly. And then thesis is focused mainly on the perception of the potential of city by residents and tourists. Their opinions were collected using a questionnaire, then graphically presented and commented. Recreation potential is evaluated using SWOT analysis methodics. Due to the reserves in developing the recreational potential of the city, there are suggested measures for its development in the conclusion.
