Electronic Cigarette
Brím, Lukáš ; Šteffan, Pavel (referee) ; Junasová, Veronika (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of an electronic cigarette. The thesis describes the parts that part of an electronic cigarette. The whole device is powered by a battery cell that can be charged in the device via a USB connector. The designed device works on the principle of heating a resistive wire in the form of a spiral. The whole device is controlled by a microcontroller, which makes it possible to control the different modes of operation. The device can operate in three modes namely bypass mode, temperature control mode and watt mode. The setting of the modes is done using tactile switches and then the set power or temperature is displayed on the display.
Laser subtitles projector
Remeš, Adam ; Vitásek, Jan (referee) ; Dobesch, Aleš (advisor)
The content of this work is the design and implementation of HW supported by SW for viewing subtitles into the movie, which translates from the projection equipment on 16 mm film, synchronizing subtitles with the movie, at the same time the work also addresses the issues of principle changes the distance of the canvas. Subtitles are loaded by using the SD card slot control by using the control, which is used to display graphics monochrome buttons that are also used for setting the device and its modifications.
DMX console for stage lighting control
Schilhab, Jan ; Chladil, Ladislav (referee) ; Čech, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the question of controlling stage lighting using the DMX 512 protocol. The thesis describes the function of this protocol in details and compares several types of commercially available lighting consoles. The comparison shows some functions and features of the consoles, which are used to design the concept of the actual console. The main part of the thesis is the design of the circuit blocks of the lighting console and a description of the implementation of a functional prototype. The development of the entire control software is also an integral part. The work is concluded with an evaluation of the achieved features and functions of the implemented device.
