inancial analysis is an essential element when assessing a firm's growth. It helps to reveal current and also future development of particular economical index thus giving basis for operative and strategic management. I have concetrated on the financial analysis of a company called STAREZ-SPORT,a.s. And it is divivided into theoretical and practical part. Using technical literature I have tried to compile all the fact of this issue in the theoretical part. Then I have performed specifically the company's analysis using chosen index.

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Thermona, spol. s r. o. for the observed period 2015 to 2019. The theoretical part defines individual concepts, methods, indicators and formulas. In the practical part, the analyzed company is introduced and then its analysis is performed based on the information obtained from the theoretical part. The final part presents proposals and recommendations to improve the financial situation of the company.

The main contribution of the thesis is to evaluate the situation of the selected business based on SWOT analysis, macro-economic environment analysis and fundamental analysis during the selected period. The thesis is focused on the internal situation of the business as well as its neighbourhood. The teoretical part, going before the practical one, explains the features, signification and procedure of the processing of each analysis. The output of the thesis is the implementation of recognized findings for specified conditions of the selected business.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hypotečními trhy v České Republice a Spojeném Království. Porovnává faktory působící na funkci těchto trhů. Tyto faktory jsou vybrány na základě PEST analýzy. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat a porovnat tyto faktory na obou trzích za účelem jejich ohodnocení a navržení kroků ke zlepšení situace. Úspěšné a perspektivní stránky jednoho trhu jsou brány jako vzor pro nástroje, které by zlepšili situaci na trhu druhém.

The work will be based on definitions of strenghts and weaknesses and its complete analysis with output of concept solution of company development as an objective. The ambition is to stop the earnings and sales stagnation.

This Bachelor‘s thesis deals with an entrepreneurial intention of business development processing. The first part is focused on a theoretical introduction, basic terms, information and methods. The second part deals with a current situation of company, an analysis of the current situation and also with assessment of company’s financial health. The last part consists of project feasibility assessment and my own suggestions to improve company‘s financial position by using the new business plan.

The capital fill this thesis examines is appreciation of financial situation of choice company in virtue of financial analysis, SWOT analysis and SLEPTE analysis for monitor period of the years 2005, 2006 and 2007. For assessment of financial situation of company are used the basic tools of financial analysis. These are horizontal analysis, vertical analysis and ratio indexes. For give a eventuality for some change of situation the company is joined more a SWOT analysis and SLEPTE analysis.
