Motor speed control exhibit with frequency changer
Möhwald, Jiří ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
The following diploma thesis deals with the management of asynchronous motor revolutions by a frequency converter MICROMASTER 440 via the programmable controller S7-200. At the beginning, I researched the company documentation of Siemens, which is the producer of the frequency converter and the programmable controller mentioned above. As my work proceeded, I also started to study the company documentation of Mitsubishi Electric, which produces the operating pannel. The first part of my thesis provides a general description of the stated devices and the second part deals with the solution of the task itself. My task was to design a way of communication between the converter and the controller. I chose a USS protocol via serial port RS-485. The operation of the controller was performed by using an operating terminal type GOT1000 which was connected to the controller. In summary, my diploma thesis primarily deals with the construction of an operating programme for the controller and with creating of a graphical control on the terminal. In the end, I evaluated the knowledge gained during the work on this subject and suggested further procedures.
Passenger vessel consumption computation
Drbohlav, Lukáš ; Matěj, Zdeněk (referee) ; Fedra, Zbyněk (advisor)
This thesis is focused on a design and an implementation of a power consumption computation for a passenger vessel using the industrial automation system Siemens Simatic S7-200 and the touch panel Weintek Easy View MT8150X. A part of the thesis represents a theoretical summary of features and parametres of the programmable logic controllers (PLC) and a way how they are programmed. The work includes a description of a computational algorithm, a block diagram of interconnections and a visualization software for testing. A greater part of this publication is devoted to a detailed decription of a program in the PLC and its visualization, especially the power consumption computation, a distance, an average speed and a wind speed and a direction. At the end, the thesis shows a procedure for an implementation and a measurement on the passenger ships at the Brno dam, including an evaluation of downloaded data.
DC motor control by PLC Simatic S7-200
Nekula, Pavel ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
Diploma thesis deal with connection of DC motor with programmable logic controller Simatic S7 – 224XP in order to attitude control turning and rotation speed of DC motor.Major goal of diploma thesis was to suggest and develope modul for connection of DC motor with programmable automatic machine. Further goal was to make a programmatic equipment for this modulus and programmable controller. Final task was visualization exercise by the help of touch screens, on which will be set and monitor values of position turning and rate of swelling of engine speed.
