Cure oven control
Viskot, Jan ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and setting up of the control of the gas curing oven using a PLC. The first part of the thesis defines the oven functions and the control requirements. The second section describes the selection of components according to the requirements of Part One. The third part deals with programming of programmable controller and HMI panel. The last part of the thesis is devoted to testing of functions and tuning of PID temperature control inside the furnace.
Sample tasks for automation education
Sileská, Silvia ; Janečka, Jan (referee) ; Davidová, Olga (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the design and demonstration of tasks addressing combinatorial and sequential logic circuits. To resolve the assignment must be familiar with the theory of logical management, with program LOGO!Soft Comfort and issue of programmable controllers. Overall, the proposed six tasks are solved by basic rules for use in a logical management. Finally, it was necessary to verify the proper functioning of the proposed tasks, which it realized by using LOGO!Soft Comfort and programmable logic computers. The proposed tasks will serve as a demonstration tool for teaching the subject of automation.
