Evaluation of Nuclear Fuel Safety and Reliability Using Research Reactors' In-Core Experiments
Matocha, Vítězslav ; Foral, Štěpán (referee) ; Katovský, Karel (advisor)
The aim of this master thesis is to show a connection among nuclear fuel safety, experiments led in research reactors and calculation codes. This thesis focuses on the calculation code Transuranus. There are represented four experiments, which were calculated in Transuranus. The fission gas release, elongation and growth of fuel were particularly monitored. Is is possible to set differences among versions v1m1j09 and v1m3j12 from achieved results, as well as the influence of selected Transuranus parameters on the results, so the thesis may bring new pieces of knowledge for improvement of safety analysis calculation by Transuranus.
Drilling technology solution of a part in condition of a small engineering company
Kalvoda, Oldřich ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on determination of suitable production process of hole drilling. There are used the calibres of drilling according to technological specifications of company and available production technologies. There is done the economical evaluation of updated technological proces as well.
Tram Extension in Řečkovice
Tomašov, Filip ; Šamánková, Zdeňka (referee) ; Všetečka, Martin (advisor)
The main goal of the work was to modify Tereza Nováková street due to the extension of the tram line towards the planned graveyard, including the design of the tram line itself. One variant has been elaborated in detail, with alternative variants being shown in sample cross-sections.
Evaluation of load tests of permanent ground anchors instrumented with optical fibres
Chylík, Zdeněk ; Račanský, Václav (referee) ; Chalmovský, Juraj (advisor)
The thesis focuses on evaluation of load tests of permanent ground anchors instrumented with optical fibres. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first patr introduces topic of the thesis and work procedure. The second part contains all the information about the tested ground anchors, the building site, the loading scheme and methods of measuring. In the third part is evaluation of the apparent tendon free lenght and comparison of measurement methods. Fourth part includes evaluation of sheat friction in the free length. The fifth part describes the behaviour of the part, where free length changes to bond length. The sixth section presents an overall results with suggestions for possible continuation.
Study of Tram Track Extension to the Modřice
Kuchár, Martin ; Bret, Ondřej (referee) ; Valehrach, Jan (advisor)
The objective of the master’s thesis is to design an extension of the tram line from the existing Komárov loop to Modřice. Part of the design is the end of the tram line in Modřice, the positioning of new stops and the interconnection to the existing line in Vídeňská street. The extension of the tram line is designed for a maximum speed of 50 km/h with possibility of increase in the future to 80 km/h in selected locations. The lenght of the line is about 6 km.
